How do I place an order through TEAM LA Delivered – In-Seat Delivery?

  1. Download the official Team (Kings, Lakers and Clippers) app in the app store. TEAM LA Delivered - In Seat Delivery can be found in the main menu.
  2. Place your order using the app.
    1. You must be a ticketed guest in order to purchase gear through TEAM LA Delivered.
    2. In Seat Delivery is only available from the time STAPLES Center doors open (1.5 hours before a game) and will close with 10 minutes left to go in the last quarter/period of play.
  3. Please stay in your seat to receive your new gear.

How do I know if my order went through? 

  • > After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once your order is out for delivery, an additional follow up text will be sent alerting you that your order is on the way.
  • > Please stay in your seat to receive your new gear.
    • > *Note: Standard messaging rates may apply.

Will I be charged a delivery fee for orders purchased through In Seat Delivery?

  • > Each order includes a delivery fee of $3.50.

Can I apply my Season Ticket Member Discount?

  • > If you are a season ticket member, enter your TEAM LA Season Ticket Member discount code at checkout to receive your discount.

What if I want to change my order?

  • > Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. You may return your order if needed at the main TEAM LA Store at STAPLES Center.

What if I missed my delivery and did not receive my order?

  • > Returns are accepted at the main TEAM LA Store at STAPLES Center within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
