  • 1. WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • 2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
    See http://teamlastore.com/pages/shipping-delivery for shipping charts and estimated delivery times.

    Please note some items will not ship until a later date. Check product descriptions for more details.

  • 3. HOW DO I RETURN  AN ITEM I BOUGHT AT TEAMLASTORE.COM?

    Please follow these instructions to return your online order. We do not accept return for purchases made in store.

    *If your order was filled incorrectly or the product received was damaged please contact us directly here or call us at 1-877-257-4916. Please include your order number with your inquiry.

    *Please note all returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns or exchanges in person.

    Step 1: Download, print & complete the Return Form
    -NOTE: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return products purchased at TEAMLAStore.com.
    -For returns, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes.
    -Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was a fulfillment error by TEAMLAStore.com.
    Step 2: Enclose a copy of the packing slip and the return form with your item.

    Step 3: Send your package addressed to:

    - Please return your package and Return Form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
    - Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
    - Please see the Return Policies below before sending out your package.

     

    *Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed.

     

    RETURN POLICIES:


    Merchandise purchased from TEAMLAStore.com:

    - Worn or damaged merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us at http://www.teamlastore.com/pages/contact-us or call 1-877-257-4916.
    - If you would like to return an item, TEAMLAStore.com is not responsible for any additional shipping fees unless your gear was damaged or defective. 
    - Items purchased online from TEAMLAStore.com cannot be returned or exchanged in store. These items must be returned online. 
    -All custom merchandise may not be returned.

     

    Custom Orders 

    - Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

     

    Merchandise purchased at a TEAM LA Store location:

    - Items purchased from a TEAM LA Store location cannot be returned. These items must be returned in store only. TEAM LA Store locations can be found here: http://www.teamlastore.com/apps/store-locator/.


    Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the website.

  • 4. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT AT THE TEAM LA STORE AT STAPLES CENTER?
    All purchases made from the TEAM LA Store located at Staples Center must be returned or exchanged in store only. Please call the TEAM LA Store for more information 213.742.7852.

  • 5. WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN AFTER FILLING OUT THE RETURN FORM?
    After completing the Return Form, please send all returns and exchanges to:

  • 6. I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT WAS INCORRECT/DAMAGED. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
    TEAM LA will be happy to correct our error. Please contact us to obtain shipping instructions. You may contact us here or by calling 1-877-257-4916.

  • 7. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please call  for more information.
    Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.

  • 8. CAN I USE MY TEAM LA STORE GIFT CARD?
    Unfortunately, at this time TEAM LA Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in store. Locations and hours for TEAM LA are here

  • 9. HOW DO I LOG INTO MY TEAM LA ACCOUNT?
    Due to the new and improved TEAM LA Online Store, previous registered customers will have to recreate a new TEAM LA account. Any preexisting order history information will no longer exist after September 16, 2013. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us here. 

  • 10. I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AFTER I PAID WITH MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD. 
    Customers that pay with their American Express cards will receive free shipping on all domestic GROUND orders. Orders that request other shipping methods besides ground will be responsible for shipping charges.  Shipping charges will appear on your order confirmation. However, please check your credit card statement to confirm you were not charged. If you experience any issues or have further question please contact us here.

  • 11. How long will it take for my Return to process?
