PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS:
We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
Some items will not ship until a later date as indicated in the product description. Please make note of any products with future ship dates mentioned on the online product posting.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.
P.O. BOXES:
TEAMLAStore.com will ship P.O. Box orders through USPS First Class. These shipments are not tracked door to door. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with a UPS Shipping label on them. There will be a copy of the receipt inside the package with your order. If customers are buying items as gifts, they can request that the receipt not be included in the package.
Any and all packages that are shipped Standard UPS Ground are typically left at the door, porch, or gate at the UPS driver’s discretion. TEAMLAStore.com does not have any control in the discretion of the UPS driver. Orders placed with a rush status of 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight delivery, require a customer signature in order to be received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When submitting International orders through TEAMLAStore.com you are responsible for all import fees, customs, duties & taxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering from TEAM LA Store, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.

Orders shipped worldwide may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; TEAMLAStore.com has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If an international package is rejected by the recipient/importer due to failure to pay any import fees and/or taxes within its country, TEAMLAStore.com reserves all right to refund only the difference between any charges, the cost of any loss in merchandise and the original order payment.

TEAM LA gladly accepts returns for purchases made within the last 30 days from within the 48 Contiguous US States. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders do not qualify for free returns.

Orders from TEAM LA:
- Worn, damaged or washed merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us via the chat bubble on our site or via email at team@teamlastore.com.
- If you would like to return an item, TeamLAStore.com is not responsible for any additional shipping fees from the 48 states unless your gear was damaged or defective.
- All custom merchandise may not be returned.
