What is the status of my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note some items will not ship until a later date. Check product descriptions for accurate shipping information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. See our Shipping & Delivery page for shipping charts and estimated delivery times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is entered into our system we will not be able to cancel your order. Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled. Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

What is your return policy?

Worn or damaged merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us via the chat bubble on our website or via email at team@teamlastore.com. Custom merchandise may not be returned. All final sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Can I return custom merchandise?

Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

How do I return an item I bought at TeamLaStore.com?

Please follow these instructions to return your online order. We gladly accept returns within 15 days after your order has been delivered.

*Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return.

What happens if I miss my delivery from TeamLAStore.com and my package is returned?

Once an order is returned to us, we will refund the items in your order in full; however, all shipping charges accrued will not be refunded.

Do you have sizing charts?

We do! Check them out here or reach out to us for questions about sizes not on our sizing charts.

Do you offer care instructions?

Washing Machines – We do not recommend using fabric softener on apparel as fabric softeners have a negative effect on printed logos, names and numbers.

Dryers - We do not recommend putting your printed items in the dryer; dryer temperatures rise above the temperature used on our heat presses to press your logos and numbers. The hot temperatures reheat the backing on the logos/numbers, thus causing the logos/numbers to crack or peel.

We do not recommend placing jerseys in dryers both heat applied and tackle twill.
