Once an order is entered into our system we will not be able to cancel your order. Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled. Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Worn or damaged merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us via the chat bubble on our website or via email at team@teamlastore.com. Custom merchandise may not be returned. All final sale merchandise cannot be returned.

Washing Machines – We do not recommend using fabric softener on apparel as fabric softeners have a negative effect on printed logos, names and numbers.
Dryers - We do not recommend putting your printed items in the dryer; dryer temperatures rise above the temperature used on our heat presses to press your logos and numbers. The hot temperatures reheat the backing on the logos/numbers, thus causing the logos/numbers to crack or peel.
We do not recommend placing jerseys in dryers both heat applied and tackle twill.
