RETURN ORDER HERE 

TEAM LA gladly accepts returns for purchases made within the last 15 days from within the 48 Contiguous US States. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders do not qualify for free returns.

    RETURN POLICIES

    Please note that TEAM LA Store does not accept returns or exchanges from orders made on Lakersstore.com 

    Orders from TEAM LA:

    • Worn, damaged or washed merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us via the chat bubble on our site or via email at team@lakersstore.com.
    • If you would like to return an item, LakersStore.com is not responsible for any additional shipping fees from the 48 states unless your gear was damaged or defective.  
    • All custom merchandise may not be returned. 
    • Odor-Free: The jersey should be free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear. 
    • Clean: The jersey should be clean and free of any dirt or debris
    • Original Condition: All original tags must be intact. If the tags are removed or the text on them is no longer visible, we cannot accept the return
    • Order must be received back by the 15th day from when order was delivered 
    • Items listed as FINAL SALE on the product page are final sale and cannot be returned.

    Custom Orders 

    • Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    •  Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item   is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

    If you would still like to make a return from Hawaii, Alaska, or any other international location, you are responsible for shipping the merchandise to:

    Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the website.
    Please Note: Items purchased at a physical venue must be returned to the original location and cannot be processed through the online return portal. Likewise, items purchased from our online store must be returned directly through the online store.
