Kings Game Day Online Order & In-Store Pickup Policy
To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following rules for online orders with in-store pickup available only on Kings Game Days:

For Game Attendees Only – This pickup option is exclusively for guests attending the Kings game. Orders can only be picked up inside the arena during the game. It is not available during regular daytime store hours.

Game Day Availability – The “Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store” option is offered only on Kings Game Days and must be used on the same date as the game.

Order Timing – Orders must be placed at least 4 hours prior to game time to ensure same-day processing. Orders placed after that cutoff will not be fulfilled for pickup that day.

Pickup Deadline – All orders must be picked up before or during the game. Any orders not claimed by the end of the game will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.

ID Verification – A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required at pickup. Orders will not be released without ID verification.

No Alternate Pickups – Only the individual whose name appears on the order may pick up the item. No name changes or third-party pickups are permitted.

Pickup Location – Orders can be collected inside the Team LA Store at Crypto.com Arena during game time. Please show your order confirmation email and valid ID upon arrival.

No Holds or Storage – Unclaimed orders will not be held after the game. Items will be restocked and the order refunded.

Processing Time – Allow up to 2 hours for order processing. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
