Step 1: Put a shoelace, band or thread around your wrist.

Step 2: Measure the length with a ruler.

Step 3: Select size depending on how tight or loose you want it (about 1cm – 1.5cm larger than circumference of the wrist).

Wrist circumference	recommended size
15.5cm – 16cm	XS (17cm)
16.1 cm – 18cm	S (19cm)
18.1cm – 20cm	M (21 cm)
20.1cm – 21cm	L (22cm)
